1. How TrainerStudio works
TrainerStudio has two parts: your coach dashboard, where you manage your clients and build their workouts, and your clients' app, with your name, your logo and your colors, where they see what's on the schedule each day, log what they do and message you.
Your dashboard and your clients' app
- Your dashboard works on your computer, at app.trainerstudio.io, or on your phone.
- Your clients' app is the one you give to them. They don't have to sign up: they get in with a link you send them (lesson 4).
Always log in the same way
If you created your account with Google, always log in with Google; same if you used Apple or your email. On a device where you've logged in before, TrainerStudio flags that method as Last used.
If you log in with a different method and, on the No account with… screen, tap Create new account, you'll end up with a second, empty account without your clients. If that happens, log out and log back in with your usual method. More details in How do I log in?.
The menu
Hover over each section of the left-hand menu to see what's inside:

At the bottom left, the Free plan box tells you how many client slots you have left. Your first three clients are free, with no time limit.

FAQ
How much does it cost? Your first three clients are free forever. After that you pay based on your active clients, with every feature included. It's all in lesson 10 and on the pricing page.
Do I need to install anything? No. Your dashboard runs in the browser, and your clients can use their app straight from the link you send them.
I logged in and can't see my clients. It's almost always a second account created by logging in with a different method. Log out and log in with your usual one; if you don't remember it, contact us from Help.
