4. Create clients
Adding new clients is very quick. In just a few seconds you will have the client created and an access link ready to share.
How to get started
From the client list, click the "Add customer" button at the top.
What information you need
The only thing you really need is the client's first name:
- First name of the client (required)
- Last name of the client
- Email or phone (optional)
Email is not required to create the client or for them to get access. If you add one, it must be unique — it cannot already be registered in your account.
Steps to create a client
- Open the form by clicking "Add customer"
- Fill in the details: at least the first name
- Click "Create"
- Copy the access link that appears automatically and send it to your client
The access link
Once the client is created, you will receive an access link that you can share with them via WhatsApp, email, or any channel you prefer. This link:
- Is personalized with your brand (if you configured an app name)
- Takes the client straight into the app, already logged in (no need to register or create a password)
- Never expires and is reusable: the client can save it and come back anytime
- Is revocable: if you need to, you can regenerate it from the client's profile and the old one stops working
What happens next
Once the client is created:
- They appear immediately in your active clients list
- They can receive routines right away
- They can access their app as soon as you send them their access link
What you can do next
With the client created, you can:
- View their full profile by clicking on their name
- Assign workout routines to them
- Organize them in groups for better management
- Enable chat if you have that feature
Useful tips
Organization
- If you plan to use groups, create them before adding clients
- Use a consistent format for names (always "John Smith", not alternating with "Smith, John")
Access link
- Share the link as soon as possible so the client can get access
- If you lose the link, you can copy it again from the client's actions menu with "View access link"
- If you need to revoke it, use "Regenerate link": the old one stops working
If something doesn't work
The email is already registered
This means you already have a client with that email. Check your active or archived clients list.
The link doesn't work
- Make sure you copy the full link
- If the client opened it inside Instagram or WhatsApp's in-app browser, ask them to copy it and paste it into Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android)
- If you regenerated it, remember the previous link no longer works: share the new one
I can't create more clients
Check your subscription plan to see how many clients you can have. If you've reached the limit, you can archive old clients or upgrade your plan.
