5. Client detail sections
Each client has a full profile with different sections for managing their training, tracking, and communication. This guide explains what each section does.
How to navigate between sections
On the left side of the profile you will see a menu with all the sections. Each one has an icon and a name. The section you are currently in is highlighted so you always know where you are.
Click on any section to switch to it instantly.
Available sections
1. Plan
This is where you manage the client's workouts. You can:
- View their weekly schedule
- Create and edit routines
- Assign exercises for each day
- Copy entire weeks
- View past workouts
Use it for: Creating training plans and modifying existing routines.
2. Activity Feed
A timeline with all of the client's activities:
- Completed workouts
- Logged metrics
- Progress photos
- Comments and notes
Use it for: Seeing how the client is progressing and how active they have been.
3. Photos
Gallery with all the progress photos the client has uploaded.
Use it for: Evaluating physical changes, motivating the client by showing their progress, and documenting before and after.
4. Metrics
Tracking of body measurements and performance:
- Weight, measurements, body fat percentage, etc.
- Progress charts
- Comparison between dates
Use it for: Recording periodic measurements and analyzing the client's progress.
5. Nutrition
Manage the client's nutrition plan:
- Create meal plans
- Upload PDFs with diets
- Write nutritional guides
- Share recipes
Use it for: Assigning nutrition plans and complementing training with nutrition.
6. Private Notes
Private notes that only you can see.
Use it for: Remembering important information, documenting conversations, or saving observations that the client should not see.
7. Form Responses
Responses to forms you have sent to the client:
- Questionnaires
- Initial assessments
- Collected data
Use it for: Reviewing assessments and analyzing responses to periodic questionnaires.
8. Profile
Personal information and client settings:
- Contact details
- Time zone
- Profile photo
- Preferences
Use it for: Updating client information and configuring their preferences.
9. Load Control
Analysis of training load:
- Volume and intensity charts
- Training patterns
- Overtraining prevention
Use it for: Analyzing workload and optimizing training planning.
10. Customer View
Preview of how the client sees their application.
Note: Only available after the client has accepted their invitation and logged in.
Use it for: Verifying how workouts appear to the client and testing the experience from their perspective.
Switching between clients
From any section you can quickly switch to another client:
- Click on the avatar or name of the client at the top of the menu
- A client search box opens
- Search for or select the client you want to switch to
- You will automatically see the same section for the new client
This lets you work with multiple clients without returning to the main list.
Usage tips
- Start with Plan to assign workouts
- Check the Activity Feed regularly to monitor progress
- Update metrics periodically to keep data current
- Use private notes to remember important information
