Academy courses

Your coach can share files and create courses with video and text lessons so you can learn at your own pace. Here we explain how to open them and complete them.

Opening the Academy

From the main screen, tap the book icon in the upper right corner. You will go to the Academy page, where you will see the files available to all clients, the ones your coach has shared with you and the published courses.

Opening a file

Tap a file to view it, play it or open its link. If a file stops being assigned to your account, it will disappear from this section automatically.

Viewing a course

Tap any course to see its content. At the top you will see your progress (percentage completed and number of lessons). Below it, all the lessons appear organized into sections.

Completing a lesson

1. Tap a lesson to open it
2. Watch the video and read the description
3. When you finish, tap Mark as completed in the bottom bar

Your progress updates automatically. You can move between lessons with the arrows in the bottom bar without going back to the course list.
