Hide scheduled days until you are ready to share them

Plan ahead without revealing the whole program: hide specific days and show them again whenever you want, including in bulk.

You can now prepare workouts in advance and decide which days each client can see. When you hide a day, you still see the planned workouts in the planner, but the client sees that day as empty, just as if nothing had been assigned yet.

This is useful when you want to prepare future weeks without revealing the full plan, adjust a progression before sharing it, or work with clients who should only see the part of the program they need right now.

From each day menu you can hide or show that day. If you are working with several days at once, you can also select them and apply the action in bulk, just like the other bulk actions in the planner.

Hidden days are marked for the coach, so you can quickly tell which content is already prepared but not visible to the client yet. When you are ready to publish it, show the day again and the client will be able to see it in their app.

NotificationsMay 4, 2026

Push and WhatsApp alerts when a client takes action

Find out instantly what your clients are doing without having to open the app: completed tasks, progress photos, metrics and forms.

This is how alerts land on your WhatsApp when a client takes action.

You can now turn on automatic alerts to find out, in real time, what your clients are doing without having to open the app. When a client completes a task, uploads a progress photo, logs a metric or answers a form, you get a notification.

For each of those four events you pick the channel you want to be notified through: a push notification on your phone, a WhatsApp message to the number you register, or both at once. You set it up once and it stays active for all of your clients.

It's designed for those moments when you need to react quickly: a question that shows up in a form, a progress photo that deserves a motivating message, a metric that confirms things are going in the right direction. You decide what you care about and how you'd like to be told, and the platform takes care of getting it to you.

Routine plannerMay 2, 2026

Excel mode to program sets faster

You can now lay out sets in a faster, more comfortable table, designed to edit many cells without losing the context of the routine.

A faster way of working when you need to adjust many sets.

The routine planner now has a spreadsheet-style editing mode to work on sets with more speed. Instead of opening and closing fields one by one, you can type values directly into a table and review the routine with more perspective.

It is designed for those moments when you have to tweak many variables: loads, reps, rest, times, tempos or any other piece of data you use to program a client's work.

For you it means fewer clicks and less time fixing small details. If you program blocks with several sets or work with week-by-week progressions, you can finalise the routine more smoothly and devote more attention to what really matters: what each client needs and how they should progress.

TasksMay 1, 2026

Tasks with multiple media resources

Tasks are no longer limited to a single image or video: you can now add several resources to better explain instructions, habits or work outside of training.

You can now attach multiple resources to a task from the planner.

Planner tasks can now carry several attached resources. You can add images, videos, PDFs, external links or YouTube and Vimeo videos within a single task.

This works well for everything that does not fit as an exercise set: mobility, technique, habits, educational material, questionnaires, recommendations or tasks the client needs to complete between sessions. Instead of sending instructions over WhatsApp or scattering them across different places, they stay inside the plan, on the right day and next to the corresponding task.

The result for the client is more clarity. For you, fewer repeated questions and a more professional delivery without adding extra steps to the way you work.
