Course Navette Test

Assess your clients' aerobic capacity with the shuttle run (beep test). Calculate VO2max from the stage reached using the Leger formula and classify their fitness level.

What is the Course Navette Test?

The Course Navette Test, also known as the Beep Test or Leger Test, is a progressive aerobic endurance test. The participant runs between two lines 20 meters apart, following beeps that gradually speed up. The stage reached indicates aerobic capacity.

The stage is the level where the participant could no longer keep up with the beeps. Age is required to adjust the Leger formula.
