Delete your Meta integration data

Last updated: November 6, 2026

These instructions explain how to stop a Meta integration from accessing your Instagram or WhatsApp account and how to request deletion of the integration data held by TrainerStudio.

1. Disconnect your account

Open the connected integration in your signed-in TrainerStudio account and choose Disconnect. You can also remove TrainerStudio from the connected apps or business integrations settings provided by Meta.

Revoking access stops future access through that authorization. It does not, by itself, confirm that copies of data already stored by TrainerStudio have been deleted.

2. Request deletion

Email info@trainerstudio.io with the subject “Meta data deletion request”. Include the email address associated with your TrainerStudio account, the Instagram username or WhatsApp business number concerned, and whether your request covers the integration data or your entire TrainerStudio account.

If you are contacting us about data managed by your trainer, tell us which trainer or business is responsible so we can route your request correctly. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority to make the request. Never send passwords or access tokens.

3. What the request covers

Your request can cover the account details, connection credentials, imported messages, contacts, comments, and analyses stored for the Meta integration. We will confirm the scope with you and explain any data that must be retained before closing your request.

Deleting integration data held by TrainerStudio does not delete your original Instagram or WhatsApp account or the original content stored by Meta. Requests about that content must be made through Meta.

4. Check your request

Keep any confirmation code or status link supplied when your request is submitted through Meta. For questions or to follow up on an email request, contact info@trainerstudio.io and include that reference if available.
