Review your clients' feedback

When your clients train with the app, they can log the results of each exercise: weight used, reps completed, time, notes. All of that information is available in your dashboard so you can adjust their plans.

Where to view feedback

  1. Go to the client's profile.
  2. Navigate to their weekly plan.
  3. Completed exercises show the data logged by the client.

What information you can see

  • Sets completed vs sets prescribed.
  • Weight, reps, time, or other logged variables.
  • Client notes about the exercise.
  • Attached files (technique photos or videos, if enabled).

Prescribed vs performed

You can compare what you prescribed with what the client actually did. This allows you to:

  • Detect if the weight is too low or too high.
  • See if the client is completing all sets.
  • Adjust the load for the following week.

Use feedback to improve

Your clients' feedback is the foundation for making decisions:

  • If they complete everything easily, increase the load.
  • If they're not finishing sets, review whether the programming is appropriate.
  • If they leave notes about pain or discomfort, adapt the plan.

Reviewing each client's feedback doesn't have to take long. A quick look at the weekly plan lets you spot patterns and make targeted adjustments.
