Organize clients with groups
When you have dozens of clients, finding the one you're looking for or making changes for a subset becomes slow. Groups let you organize and manage clients by category.
Create a group
- Go to Clients.
- Create a new group with a descriptive name.
Group examples: "Beginners", "Online", "In-person", "January Challenge", "Fat loss".
Assign clients to a group
Select the clients you want to include and assign them to the group. A client can belong to multiple groups at the same time.
What you can do with groups
- Filter your client list quickly.
- Assign programs or routines to all members of the group.
- Have an organized view of your client portfolio.
Recommendations
- Use clear, short names.
- Don't create too many groups: 3–5 is usually enough.
- Update groups when a client changes phase or program.
Groups are especially useful if you combine in-person and online clients, or if you work with different levels or programs simultaneously.
