Add an employee to your team
If your business grows and you work with other trainers, you can invite them to your team in TrainerStudio. Each employee will have their own account but will work within your organization.
Requirements
The teams feature is available on certain plans. Check your subscription in Settings > Subscription.
Invite an employee
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Click Invite employee.
- Enter the trainer's email address.
- The employee will receive an email with instructions to join.
Roles and permissions
Employees can have different permissions depending on their role. For example:
- View and manage only their own clients.
- Access the shared exercise and routine library.
- No access to billing or app configuration.
Client management
You can assign clients to each employee. The employee will only see the clients assigned to them and can manage them independently.
When to grow your team
- You have more clients than you can manage alone.
- You want to offer specializations (one strength trainer, another nutrition coach).
- You manage a gym or facility with multiple professionals.
Adding employees lets you scale your business without losing service quality. Each trainer manages their own client portfolio under your brand.
