Create a program

A program is a complete multi-week training plan. Unlike a routine (which is a single session or standalone week), a program has progression and a temporal structure.

Create a program

  1. Go to Library > Programs.
  2. Click Create program.
  3. Define the name, duration, and weekly structure.
  4. Add exercises to each day of each week.

Structure

A program is organized into weeks. Each week contains days with exercises, just like a routine. The difference is that you can vary the load, volume, or exercises week to week to create progression.

Next step

Once created, you can assign the program to multiple clients at once.
