GuidesGetting Started
Create your first routine
A routine is a training template that you can assign to one or more clients. It is created once and reused.
Create a routine
- Go to Library > Routines.
- Click Create routine.
- Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Beginner Full Body", "Push-Pull-Legs Week 1").
Routine structure
A routine is organized into days (or sessions). Each day contains the exercises the client should complete in that session.
For each exercise you define:
- Number of sets
- Variables per set (reps, weight, time, etc.)
- Optional notes for the client
Types of sets
- Straight sets: the exercise is performed individually.
- Supersets: two or more exercises performed back to back without rest.
- Circuits: multiple exercises in sequence repeated for a set number of rounds.
Reuse and adapt
Routines are saved in your library. You can:
- Assign it to multiple clients.
- Duplicate it and modify the copy to adapt it for another client.
- Edit it at any time (changes apply to future assignments).
Next step
Once you have your first routine created, the next step is to create a client and assign the routine to them.
