Academy - Courses

The Academy lets you create educational courses that your clients can complete whenever they want, at their own pace.

A training plan tells your client what to do each day. But sometimes you need to teach them concepts: exercise technique, nutrition, healthy habits, warm-up routines... That is what Academy courses are for.

Creating a Course

  1. Go to LibraryAcademy
  2. Click Create to add a new course
  3. Enter the name of the course (e.g., "Introduction to training")
  4. Add a description so your clients know what it covers before starting it

Lessons

Each course is organized into lessons. A lesson has:

  • Title: A clear name (e.g., "What is RPE")
  • Video: You can paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, or upload a video from your device
  • Text: Explanatory content developing the lesson topic

You can create as many lessons as you need and reorder them however you like.

Course ideas

The possibilities are endless:

  • Nutrition course for beginners
  • Exercise technique guide
  • Warm-up and mobility protocol
  • Healthy habits and recovery

Publishing a Course

When you have completed all the lessons, change the course status from Draft to Published. Save the changes and your clients will be able to access the course from their app.

How your client sees it

Once the course is published, your clients will find it in the Academy section of their app (book icon in the upper right corner). They can view the lessons, play the videos, and mark them as completed at their own pace.
