Send a message to your client

TrainerStudio includes a built-in chat so you can communicate with your clients without leaving the platform. No more WhatsApp or scattered emails.

Prerequisite

The chat must be enabled in Settings > Customize App > Chat with trainer. If it is disabled, neither you nor your client will see the chat option.

Send a message

  1. Go to the client's profile.
  2. Open the Chat section.
  3. Type your message and send it.

What your client can do

Your client receives a notification in their app and can reply directly. The conversation is stored in TrainerStudio.

When to use the chat

  • Notify clients of routine changes.
  • Provide feedback on their results.
  • Motivate and check in with them.
  • Answer questions about exercises or nutrition.

TrainerStudio's chat centralizes all communication with your clients. This way you have the complete history alongside their workouts, metrics, and forms in one place.
