Send a message to your client
TrainerStudio includes a built-in chat so you can communicate with your clients without leaving the platform. No more WhatsApp or scattered emails.
Prerequisite
The chat must be enabled in Settings > Customize App > Chat with trainer. If it is disabled, neither you nor your client will see the chat option.
Send a message
- Go to the client's profile.
- Open the Chat section.
- Type your message and send it.
What your client can do
Your client receives a notification in their app and can reply directly. The conversation is stored in TrainerStudio.
When to use the chat
- Notify clients of routine changes.
- Provide feedback on their results.
- Motivate and check in with them.
- Answer questions about exercises or nutrition.
